In 2019, TEKKON Engineering, Construction, Trade & Industry Co. Inc. has purchased 50% of Koramic Yapı Kimyasalları A.Ş. shares and became a 50%-50% partner with Koramic Holding NV. Of Belgium. Koramic Yapı Kimyasalları A.Ş. is the manufacturer of VITRAFix Tile adhesives, BienFix Construction Chemicals, and CERMIX Construction Chemicals in Turkey with one factory in Bozüyük, Bilecik, Turkey and the second factory in Tarsus, Mersin, Turkey with a total capacity of 240,000 Ton/Year of cement and epoxy based products. The goal in entering this partnership is to compliment TEKKON Group current operations and offer its clients a complete scope of products and services at home and abroad.

In 2017 PETRICHOR Co. Ltd. For Industrial Investments was established in Arbil/Iraq. The company aims to manufacture a wide range of inorganic chemicals in IRAQ to supply to the local industry.
In 2015 TEKKON Petrochemical Services Co. Ltd. management has taken the executive decision to add specialty steel supply and services for the Oil & Gas Drilling industry to its scope.
In 2013, TEKKON Petrochemical Services Co. Ltd. was established in Ankara/Turkey with the aim of supplying customized production chemical supply and services to the growing oil & gas sector in Northern Iraq. TEKKON Petrochemical Services Co. Ltd. adds value to its clients with its local staff, pre and after sales consultation services and local warehouse facilities. The scope of chemical supply and services was widened in 2014 with the introduction of industrial water treatment chemicals and other performance chemicals widely used by industry.
TEKKON Engineering Construction, Trade and Industry Co. Ltd. expanded its operations to include war-torn Iraq in 2004 as the main distributor of SIKA Construction Chemicals in Baghdat. Later in 2007, TEKKON Company Iraq Branch was legally established in Arbil/ KRG/IRAQ with local offices, staff and warehouse capabilities to support construction projects with design, engineering construction chemicals supply and application services.
TEKKON Engineering Construction Trade and Industry Co. Ltd. added supply of municipal water treatment chemicals to its services and has become the biggest solutions provider and supplier to local Municipalities and Ministries.
